** 10/6/2011 SYSTEM ALERT **
At CHECKOUT, if you get all the way to the last screen where you click on "Complete Order" and no receipt shows but rather a blank white screen, your payment may have gone through anyway. Please follow these instructions:
Check to see if the new deposit was still successful by logging in to "My Payment History" link on this home page of the RevTrak Web Store to see if it is showing up there. If there is no duplicate payment made, then you can print your receipt from there. If a duplicate deposit is showing, call Food Service or click on "Contact the Food Service Dept" where you can request a void or a refund of the duplicate deposit.
You will need your Family Access Login ID and Password.
If you do not have one, OR, the Login ID you created does not work, please

to either apply for this online service OR get help with dysfunctions. For either need, you must fill out the information requested on the electronic form. Verification will commence thereafter. New applications, will be supplied within 5 work days. A new login name and password will be assigned to your family and sent to the email address you indicated on the form.
Once in Family Access, choose any child you want to deposit money for, and then select the Food Service link on the left-hand column. You will see a new "Make Online Payment" button. Click that, and follow the prompts.
(You can use either your debit or credit card to pay online.)
